Then you should sign up to become a Buckeye-Shaker Play Champion. Recess Cleveland supports our Play Champions with mini-grants for food and insurance in addition to FREE equipment rentals from our inventory. “Lee–Miles is a neighborhood on the East Side of Cleveland, Ohio in Cleveland’s Ward 1. The neighborhood is split into two sub-neighborhoods: Lee–Harvard and Miles–Seville.
